Is a Production and Distribution company. Formed by the award winning film-maker Richard Driscoll, Producer of the Best Picture award at the Venice & Toronto Film Festivals for the feature film Cold Light of Day. The biography of Britain’s foremost mass murderer Dennis Nilsen.

Has an actor RD starred in Return of the Jedi (Star Wars). Arch of Triumph. It Ain’t Half Hot Mum. Life & Times of David Lloyd George. Jamaica Inn. Mimosa Boys. The Great Rock & Roll Swindle. Jenny’s War. Boon.  District Nurse. Eldorado. Kannibal and mostly recently in HEAT deux and Baba Yaga chapter one.

RD started producing is own films with The Maniac for S4C. Followed by The Comic. Silent Heroes. In the late 80’s RD was the Producer’s Ass on Messenger of Death & Kinjite which starred Hollywood legend Charles Bronson. In the 90’s RD went on to work on Hoffa with Jack Nicholson.

Since then RD has produced over 100 music documentaries, made numerous feature films  and Directed the last film to star Peter O’Toole, Eldorado. A horror musical in the vein of The Rocky Horror Show.

DRagonSTUDIOS was set up to produce films on a wide range of subjects for the Micro Budget market aimed at the various streaming platforms around the world. These include Netflix. Amazon. Tubi. Hulu. Roku. IMDB tv. AppleTV. Kanopy. Xumo. Plex. Cinedigm. TCL. Hoopla. Among others.

Richard Driscoll
Is an Award-winning British actor, writer, producer, and director, known in the industry as Steven Craine when acting. Notable achievements include winning the Best Picture Award at the Venice and Toronto film festivals for the acclaimed film “Cold Light of Day.” Trained at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA) and mentored by the legendary actor Richard Burton. Specializes in independent filmmaking and is currently establishing DRagonSTUDIOS, his own independent film studio, to further pursue creative endeavors.
